The Cambridge is an ambitious 2,100 sqm, three-storey hotel and restaurant in Kununurra, built almost entirely from precast concrete. Each precast element was manufactured by All Cast in Darwin, then transported and assembled on site in Kununurra.

Peritas provided structural design, construction support and temporary works engineering, working around the limited trade availability of a remote location. Opting for precast eliminated the need for traditional on-site formwork, significantly accelerating construction and boosting efficiency.
