Peritas provided civil and structural engineering design, documentation and construction supervision for Pinky’s Eco Retreat, an 83-dwelling glamping development on Rottnest Island.

The design responded to a remote, marine and bushfire-prone environment, prioritising corrosion-resistant structural systems, simplified foundations suited to the island’s limestone conditions, reduced craneage requirements, and erosion management. Material selections balanced durability, constructability, and the logistics of delivering to an island site.
