Structural engineering design for Adara Apartments, an affordable housing development in Success, delivering 77 one- and two-bedroom apartments through modular construction. The building comprises six levels of modular residential accommodation above a post-tensioned concrete transfer slab and a single-level basement car park.

Modules were manufactured off-site and installed over a condensed construction programme, showing how modular building systems can speed up delivery without compromising quality or long-term performance. Peritas provided the structural engineering design, including the integration between the modular building system and the conventional concrete podium. Working closely with the modular manufacturer, builder and wider design team, Peritas delivered a practical, buildable solution that balanced architectural intent, construction requirements and commercial objectives.
