Peritas were engaged by Georgiou to provide construction engineering support through the duration of the Roe Hwy and Kalamunda Road Interchange project for Main Roads WA.

The $86 million project scope included the lowering of Roe Highway nine meters beneath Kalamunda Road. Connectivity was maintained between the two roads, with the addition of two new roundabouts and new on and off ramps to the highway.

Scope of works for the project include:

• Reinforced cage lift designs
• MSE panel propping
• 3rd party review of crane lift designs
• Design of edge protections
• Miscellaneous construction support

The project formally opened to public traffic on the 21 September 2021. Peritas are pleased to offer successful construction engineering.
