The Murdoch University Carpark 1 Upgrade and Road Network Works delivered important access and infrastructure improvements within a key precinct of the University’s campus, adjacent to the new synthetic playing fields. The project included the reconfiguration of Carpark 1 and extension of the internal road connection between Discovery Drive and Access Road, improving traffic flow, accessibility and safety within a high-use operational environment.

Engaged by Murdoch University, Peritas led the multidisciplinary design and delivery of the works, coordinating civil, electrical, communications and survey inputs across roadworks, drainage, landscaping and parking infrastructure. Working within a live campus environment, Peritas developed staged, well-coordinated solutions that maintained access, minimised disruption and aligned the needs of multiple stakeholder groups, ultimately delivering a practical and efficient outcome for the University.
