Yanchep East Primary School was developed to support the growing communities within Perth’s northern corridor, delivering contemporary learning environments and community-focused educational infrastructure. The staged development included multiple teaching blocks, administration facilities, a library and staff building, covered assembly areas and associated outbuildings.

Peritas provided structural engineering services for the design and documentation of the project, working closely with The Architecture Group (TAG) and the broader consultant team to deliver practical, coordinated and constructible structural solutions aligned with Department of Finance standards. Leveraging extensive experience across government and education projects, Peritas supported the staged delivery process, contributed to sustainable structural initiatives and helped deliver a technically robust outcome for the Yanchep community.
