The development provides the shopping centre with four attractive new tenancies including a bar, restaurant and take away style tenancies. The street entrance was designed as a welcoming presentation to the mall style street with food tenancies lining either side. 8 metre tall cantilever facades posed a significant engineering challenge with respect to wind dynamics. Piles provided a stiff foundation system whilst minimising foundation sizes.
