Located in Melville Councils $235M redevelopment precinct, this 5 star GreenStar 24-storey high-rise building includes residential and commercial space.

The building has four levels (up to 3,300m2 per level) of car parking, ground floor commercial space, a podium level with suspended swimming pool and 18 residential levels (up to 1,600m2 per level).

Suspended slabs comprised of traditional reinforcement on the lower levels with post tensioning utilised on the upper floors to improve construction times.

Detailed analysis of in-situ walls were required to allow spans of up to 16m over loading dock area and entrances to the commercial space.

A full lateral analysis was carried out using finite element modelling with in-situ cores used to resist lateral loads on the building. Peritas have also been engaged to provided design assistance to the builder for temporary works aspects of the project.
