Peritas was engaged by Booth Australia to provide an efficient design that would provide cost savings over designs previously received by the client.

Peritas’ project scope was to design and document the 12,650 m² warehouse and workshop building, with a 720 m² attached office. The facility would provide the client with a new hub for logistics operations and maintaining its fleet of vehicles in South Australia.

Peritas focused on structural efficiency, constructability and sustainability when preparing our design. This allowed the client to realise cost savings through reduced material costs and reduced labour costs, by minimizing the time on site. An outcome that our client was extremely satisfied with.
