Peritas was engaged on the expansion and redevelopment of Eaton Fair Shopping Centre, including a cinema extension, surrounding development works and associated parking infrastructure. The project centred on a major suspended slab structure supporting a new cinema and rooftop parking above retail tenancies. Peritas delivered structural design and construction support throughout, working closely with the contractor after a significant portion of design was complete to rationalise the structure for buildability.
