Honeywood Primary School is a key piece of community infrastructure within the award-winning Honeywood Estate in Wandi, one of Perth’s most significant residential developments in the southern corridor. The school forms part of a master-planned community delivering approximately 1,400 residential lots across Wandi and Wandi South, supporting long-term growth and liveability within the precinct.

Peritas worked closely with Satterley Property Group to deliver civil engineering design across the Honeywood Estate, including bulk earthworks, stormwater drainage, sewer and water reticulation, utilities, major infrastructure extensions and roadworks. This integrated civil framework enabled the successful delivery of essential community assets such as Honeywood Primary School, contributing to the estate’s recognition as one of the most successful developments in the southern corridor, including the 2017 UDIA Environmental Award.
