The Sage Hotel was a structural engineering challenge. The front of the original Julios restaurant was retained and a new 13 storey hotel was built alongside and over the existing building. Further to that, Peritas were requested by the selected builder to alter the design for the walls to precast during the final stages of design. The results speak for themselves with this landmark building being delivered on time and on budget.
