On the Point is Perth’s newest and most revolutionary waterfront entertainment destination. Peritas have been involved in this project from the beginnings in 2011. We utilised our extensive experience in piling, precast concrete, structural steel and permanent formwork to design a structure which was easily constructed considering its location straddling the Swan River and the deleterious soils of the riverbank.
