During the stage 1 (early works), Peritas were engaged by Georgiou to provide construction engineering for the following:

• Underground electrical substation – design and documentation of sheet piling and support frames to allow for installation of the insitu concrete substation structures.
• Stormwater diversion & headwall design and documentation of retention system (sheetpiling, walers & struts) to allow installation on new stormwater drain along Murray Street and associated head wall structure at interface with the Swan River.
• Various construction assistance, providing engineering advice associated with modifications required at connections to existing services.

For Stage 2, Peritas were engaged by Civmec to design the precast form to be used for the curved boardwalk precast panels, together with the support frame used during the panel installation.
