Located just next to Burswood train station and across from the Crown, this building includes two basements and 20-storeys of residential and commercial space.

Detailed analysis was required to the north east corner to achieve a 4.5m cantilever over a sewer easement, whilst precast concrete walls were used to the Northern boundary to improve constructability.

A full lateral analysis was carried out using finite element modelling. Peritas have also provided design assistance to the builder for temporary works aspects of the project.
