Peritas was engaged by Process 26 to integrate the civil and structural elements of a 500,000 tpa gravity gold circuit into an existing plant in WA’s Pilbara region.

The design maximised the reuse of existing equipment.

Peritas’ scope included:

• An audit of existing structures (and strengthening as required).
• Structural analysis (static and dynamic) and design of all new transfer stations, tertiary crusher support structure, conveyor support structures, pipe racks, gold room, and their foundations.
• Structural analysis and design of foundations for:
• Gravity Circuit
• Tailings Thickener
• Eco Slab & Other
• Interfacing of conveyor structures with the gold circuit.
• Audit and structural refurbishment of the fine ore bin.
• Tie into existing structures.
• 3D modelling of all structural elements and interface with vendor equipment.
