A long term client of Peritas engaged us to deliver a warehouse and office development in Laverton North.

We utilised our the design philosophy and connection details that were refined over many years with this client to provide an efficient and timely design.

During construction it was evident that rock existed close to the surface. We worked with the builder to develop rock anchoring techniques to minimise rock excavations yet provide the tie-downs that the structure demanded.
