Project Notes

Albany Bunnings is currently in construction with MConstruction & Marawar. It comprises of an 7,500m2 main warehouse, 4,000m2 of timber trade and 2,500m2 of bagged goods and outdoor nursery with a 12,000+m2 car park.

Traditional tilt-panel construction was utilised whilst the Bunnings brief required the slab to be poured after the roof was fully constructed.

Peritas were selected on this project due to our previous extensive industrial experience as well as our reputation as an efficient engineer of large span steel structures.

It’s important that the design team on a Bunnings project has a strong background with their stores and is aware of the Bunnings requirements.
