The Southlink development in Cockburn central east is a major mixed use development on a 3ha site and incorporates a fuel outlet, Hungry Jacks and Kentucky Fried outlets and a retail and commercial and complex. Peritas Civil are responsible for the design and documentation of the Civil and Structural engineering works for the development. Challenges include the extension of major infrastructure in a busy commercial precinct.
