One of the founding directors of Peritas, Christian is an award-winning senior structural engineer who combines his leadership and management role with strategic projects. Christian’s leadership builds upon more than a decade of professional experience, including extensive site supervision experience and an exceptional understanding of market-leading analysis and design software.

Kim began his career in 2002 after graduating with first class honours from the University of Western Australia. Kim has gained a broad range of experience across a wide variety of engineering projects, both locally and abroad. He has played a central leadership role on a host of challenging projects, from port design and offshore wind farms, to shopping centres and industrial facilities.

From trainee engineer in 1996 to his senior engineering and business management role today, Leigh has become a key figure at Peritas with his technical knowledge and project management expertise. He has been the driving force behind a host of high profile projects, including mine sites, industrial infrastructure, commercial development, residential construction and marine projects.

As a senior member of our team, Edward plays a critical role in a wide range of projects. Since his career began in 2005, he has gained wide exposure to the design of residential, commercial tilt-up and large government projects such as schools and courthouses. Edward applies creative thinking and proven design and engineering experience to deliver projects with rigorous attention to detail.

With 40 years experience in civil engineering and infrastructure design and implementation, Enzo has gained extensive knowledge of the design, management and delivery of major residential, commercial and land development projects in Australia and abroad. As a highly-effective leader, Enzo is proactively involved in the resolution of design and construction issues, stakeholder management, and conceptual planning and reporting, from concept to completion.

Oleg has a strong track record in delivering complex projects across Western Australia and New Zealand including development of contaminated sites. He also has an engineering experience in the design, maintenance and construction of railway tracks as well as working with heavy railway machinery. With over 18 years of experience in land development, commercial, mining and local government sectors, Oleg able to provide high-standard engineering solutions to non-standard industry problems.

Joining Peritas in 2017, Matt’s primary role is to develop relationships with target clients where Peritas can add considerable value to their projects. Sourcing opportunities locally, nationally and internationally, Matt consults with senior management internally & externally to develop projects from inception to delivery. Matt plays a leading role in growing the business across our target markets.

Karen became a Peritite in 2013 and in 2015 was charged with the task of working together with senior managers to develop systems for the successful implementation and accreditation in ISO 9001 Quality, AS/NZS 4801 Occupational Health & Safety, ISO 14001 Environmental and more recently ISO 45001. Since then Karen has continued to play a key role in the development and maintenance of all things quality at Peritas. A key part of  Karen’s role is to be the driving force behind the Peritas Strategic Plan.

With more than 12 years of engineering design experience, Daniel has worked across a wide range of projects within Industrial, Commercial, and Temporary Works markets. Daniel leads the design delivery team at Peritas in our Perth office, where he is known for his innovative approaches in ensuring the highest quality and safety standards are met in every touchpoint to the final design deliverable.

Beginning his career in 2010, Utsav has gained wide exposure to the design of industrial, residential, commercial and large temporary works projects across Australia. More recently, in 2019 Utsav began a new chapter for Peritas, moving to the East Coast and opening the business to the Victorian market where we utilised our extensive experience in the Industrial Design & Construct sector. Utsav plays a critical role in leading and delivering our East Coast projects and growing the business into the QLD, NSW & SA markets.

Based out of our Melbourne office, Weng is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over eighteen years of experience in residential, commercial, industrial and transport projects across Australia, New Zealand and Ireland. Weng has a proven track record in delivering successful engineering solutions across his roles as project/design manager, design lead, construction monitoring and technical design. With a keen eye for detail, Weng has an interest in the urban development and urban stormwater management space, with a passion for cross-discipline coordination. His responsibilities at Peritas include an array of lead civil design tasks (such as stormwater, grading, pavement and DDA compliance) and day-to-day coordination with other design teams, clients, and stakeholders.
