Peritas were engaged by Hansen Yuncken to provide an efficient schematic design that would offer our client a competitive edge in the design and construct tender.
Peritas’ project scope was to provide a design for the speculative development, which consisted of 17,235m2 of warehouse space and 830 m2 of double-storey office space. The warehouse space comprised storage space and production areas for the end client’s drinks manufacturing operations.
Peritas focused on efficiency, constructability and sustainability when preparing our design. Solar panels will cover 90 % of the warehouse roof area.
Construction is currently underway and we look forward to having completed another successful industrial project in Victoria.
Amazon Fulfilment Centre

Peritas was engaged by Qanstruct to provide an efficient design that would offer our client a competitive edge in the design and construct tender.
Peritas’ initial scope was to provide a design for the speculative industrial development. The development consisted of 35,820 m2 of warehouse space, 7,580 m2 of super canopy and two double-storey offices. Multiple scope changes during the construction period, including the change from a standard industrial building to a temperature-controlled facility, presented significant challenges, requiring re-designs to be carried out in parallel with fabrication and construction.
Peritas are proud to have maintained its bespoke level of service and quality, allowing our client to continue with work on-site without the need for delays to the construction program. A result which our client was extremely satisfied with.

McPhee Transport Facility

Peritas were again engaged by Vaughan Construction after the successful completion of the Dex Hammond project in Dandenong for a project with a long-term client McPhee Transport.
This 30,700sqm transport facility boasts a 30,000sqm fibrereinforced internal ground slab, 27 roller doors, ten loading docks, a 3,500sqm bitumen carpark, a 34 metre-wide super canopy and finally 12,600sqm of heavy-duty concrete hardstand.
During the design and construction period, Victoria was in lockdown due to the global pandemic, which presented significant challenges.
Excellent teamwork saw a tight program achieved allowing the customer to gain early access so that its Melbourne-based operations were not disrupted.

Tritium EV Facility

Peritas have been engaged by Tomkins to provide an efficient schematic design that would offer our client a competitive edge in the design and construct tender.
Peritas’ project scope was to design a 3,145 m2 industrial building, with 390 m2 of double-storey office space. The warehouse building was to be designed to provide the end client with the option to install a 10 tonne overhead crane in the future.
Peritas focused on efficiency, constructability and sustainability when preparing our design. This allowed the contractor to achieve cost savings through reduced material required and reduced labour costs due to minimizing time on site.
Construction work has recently commenced on site and Peritas look forward to successfully delivering another successful industrial project.
