Peritas was engaged for the design and contract administration of the civil infrastructure for the Lady Brand Retirement Village in Mandurah for the Arcadia Waters Group which aloes includes retirement villages based in Maddington, Geraldton and Dongara. The main challenge over the staged development was to complete all site works while the existing retirement village remained operational and with minimal disturbance to local residents.
