This 5,000m2 redevelopment has been flying along since its opening in January 2018. Facilities include an Aldi, Jetts Gym & Café with many other retail options to come.

Innovations & challenges included:

• Modernisation of facade & tie-in to existing building
• Adaption of foundation design during construction to allow construction over live stormwater main without holding up work
• Staged construction to allow continued operation of Jetts tenancy during construction.
